Bird in the hand.. there is no shortage of old houses in the mid west that need rehab.Of course though if you hire and agent and do the we are showing it on these days and accepting contracts on this day.. in some markets you will get that over bid situation.

In the end, I would have been better off hiring a GC to deal with all of the headaches, however I learned a ton by doing it on my own.
