Tulum inspector recomendation

Hi there,

A newbie here. Seems I found a nice prospect condotel in Tulum and before closing I would like to know if any of you recommend an inspector in the area. This is because the condo is brand new and is finishing the construction, so I guess is better to have the point of view of an inspector than do it by myself, what are your thoughts and recommendations?
