This house needs foundation work.  

We felt leveraging this on a bigger scale to reinvest into the community by restoring property values and helping people overcome their real estate ownership challenges is a great foundation to build a successful business that will benefit our customers.  

Tree removal (causing foundation and possibly plumbing issues)Re-sod backyard (big mud pit due to tree and dogs) along with french drain installation.all new flooringFull gut of at least one bathroom - probably bothFoundation issuesMyriad smaller repairs (broken doors and door frames, etc.)That's not minor cosmetic issues.Sorry, this is probably more of a rant than an actual question, but it is really annoying that the agent was so clearly lying to my face. 

The inspection uncovered some serious foundation issues along with a few other items.

For anyone just starting out or even if you've been doing it for a while and have not had your first heartache in your business, let this be a reminder of foundational core principles to follow.

It's very helpful in helping me understand what I need to know to establish a solid foundation for future success in REI.

This is a pretty good size addition, we are adding a 2nd story and additional foundation to gain approx 1400 sqft so basically every interior wall needs to go.Quiet little house from the outside.

Stuff like demolition, foundation, framing, etc. generally goes pretty well.

I always look for ones with major problems, code violation, foundation issues, etc.

The house has vaulted ceilings which we want to keep and a slab foundation so if we go back to the original roof there won't be any easy way to add ductwork.
