My name is Randy Roberson and I'm new to the real estate world however I was a general contractor in the late 70's and I have purchased my own home...currently concentrating on wholesaling and needing to build a buyers list...this venture is part time at the moment but wanting to build a retirement 

Its a really sketchy area there so I would advice not to venture into that. 

I listen to them as I extreme DIY up here in central WA.

I have been a DIY landlord for 7 yrs now, and recently I have put up a unit for rent and had an real estate agent working on behalf of a prospective tenant.
