How to buy my first Fix and Flip
I've been wholesaling for roughly a year now. I've been fortunate to build up some capital. I would like to buy my first fix and flip. I only have enough money to purchase the property between 15k-20k. Whats your thought on a joint venture with a general contractor to fix it up. Once we sell the property, we would split the profits 50/50. Is this a good method to use to invest?
