Chris Low I'm in Tri cities any investment properties on mls are gone same day.

I made a huge leap to get myself out of the paralysis analysis stage and enrolled into the tucker school of real estate here in Indianapolis to get my real estate license.The reasons I did this was because am relatively new to the Indianapolis area so I feel like this would help me network with others and help me learn the area more.

@Chris Edgell no one can answer this question for you but an estate attorney and everyone else's comments are just speculation, so that would be who I'd ask for planning purposes.

Offer to treat again but I would visually inspect the house and see if there are any tell tale signs....Since your lease doe not state tenant will lose security upon breaking lease I am not certain you have the right to keep security....good luck,Chris
