I made a huge leap to get myself out of the paralysis analysis stage and enrolled into the tucker school of real estate here in Indianapolis to get my real estate license.The reasons I did this was because am relatively new to the Indianapolis area so I feel like this would help me network with others and help me learn the area more.

Offer to treat again but I would visually inspect the house and see if there are any tell tale signs....Since your lease doe not state tenant will lose security upon breaking lease I am not certain you have the right to keep security....good luck,Chris
