Safeguard Capital Partners feedback?

I've spoke to at least one BP member about 'Safeguard Capital Partners' and I am curious if there are any other folks that have brought notes with them and how their experience has been (both good and bad)?   The notes they have at at 9% and it seems a decent return for the level of risk....just wondering if I am missing something.

I dunno, their home page has "high-yield, low-risk" and "turn-key" in the first paragraph. That kind of language is always a red flag for me.
