Maybe they washed their morbidly obese Bernese Mountain Dog in this sink, maybe they just filled the sink with hot water and let the cast iron warm up and it cracked.Toss this thing and put in an inexpensive drop-in double-bowl stainless sink.

Yes it is a wash for you on a cash flow basis, but if the tenants stop paying rent, at least you are not responsible for the utilities.Thanks for confirming this!
