First Time Investor Looking For Some Guidance

Scott Morris
Posted

Hello! My family has owned a few rental properties for about 6 years now. They paid all cash for each one (not sure if this is good or bad) but haven't moved on anything since 2017. I don't know if it was just a matter of losing sight of a bigger picture or just pure laziness but I want to change that. As it stands I'm pretty sure most of the money is tied up in those properties and I don't know where to go from here. I'm new to bigger pockets and would appreciate any advice that is offered. Thank you all in advance and I look forward to making some new, successful relationships!

@Scott Morris Find the "why" first.  If you don't start with that a clear path forward that you can make work will never appear.  You have a vision but they're obviously not seeing the same vision for some reason.  And it doesn't necessarily mean they're wrong - another reason to find the "why" and then hold it up against what you're feeling.  The path forward has to be together.

This zen moment has been brought to you by caffeine on a Sunny Saturday at the beach!  Seriously Y'all gotta get on the same page first.  And it will start with you finding out their pain points fears and wishes.  That could change your view greatly.
