Hello everyone I’m thrilled that I’ve found this I currently am a senior in high school who works at a terrible Kroger that pays under 10 a hour I found that real estate is something I want to do I heard about wholesaling and that it’s possible to start with no money and work your way up I’m looking for a mentor also guidance from everyone who is experienced and is willing to share a little of there time to teach me.

If 99% of tenants are good and clean and 1% is terrible and you rent the home to 7 different people in however many years you own it you have a much lower chance of getting a terrible tenant than if you rent to lets say 30 different people a year.
