Online management and landlordbig from a distance

Hey BP! My wife and I purchased a duplex a few months ago and are in the process of learning to be Landlords! Are duplex is located in Idaho falls but we do summer sells so we will be gone from April-September. What I’m trying find is a good online management software to use for purpose of collecting rent? Also any other suggestions for managing from afar would be welcomed! I’m planning on enlisting a Relative to check in on the property from time to time and I’m hoping since it’s only for a few months that everything will run smoothly while we are away.
