Online management and landlordbig from a distance

Hey BP! My wife and I purchased a duplex a few months ago and are in the process of learning to be Landlords! Are duplex is located in Idaho falls but we do summer sells so we will be gone from April-September. What I’m trying find is a good online management software to use for purpose of collecting rent? Also any other suggestions for managing from afar would be welcomed! I’m planning on enlisting a Relative to check in on the property from time to time and I’m hoping since it’s only for a few months that everything will run smoothly while we are away. Thanks, any comments will be appreciated.

I've been using cozy.co to collect rent for our SFH for the last year with no complaints. The tenants can pay via ACH for free or credit card with a fee. The funds typically hit my account in about 2 days.

I understand that cozy.co also offers application and screening but I haven't used those features.
