Even if you get frustrated, we advise you to stick with it! 

If kitchen needs a backsplash, you can put in the peel and stick imitation tile that looks pretty decent. 

I think I'll focus my energy back to OOS and stick with the original game plan.

I still want to stick to a fix and hold/ buy and hold strategy, but really want to do a flip if the right property comes along.

@Michael Borger@Michael Mazzella  hey guys was just in your hood last week.my partner lives in Kahala right by the CC there ... and we want to stick our toe in that area.. looks like a lot of infill and higher end rehabs... we also looked from Kahala going toward downtown .. lower price point but looked like tons of older homes needing work.I saw a lot of multiple homes on single lots... or it appeared that way.whats your thoughts on that specific area?

You made the deal, good or bad, now you're being forced to stick with it.
