Sued by tenant in Michigan

I need help! I have a tenant who's suing me to sell my house. We are at the tail end of the court case and I've been pushed around by attorneys and the judge too. I'm being forced to sell my home for $30k under value to the tenant. She's never been on time with the water bill (Ive been subsidizing her since Nov. 2014) She's been late on rent at least 50% of the time. During a walk through she's done more than $10K of changes I didn't authorize. I admit I was stupid entering into a crazy contract with a tenant that said she'd buy the house in 4 months. We've been in court for over a year. The judge is giving all the concessions to the tenant because she's a single mother of three children and her former attorney became a district judge in January 2017. Every time I've gone to court, nothing has gone my way. I told my attorney we should change venue...try a different county because I felt discriminated against, but he said no. So I'm in debt to the tune of $20K+ to the attorney, I don't have money to start fresh with new attorney, or even to appeal this case. Are there any services out there that would help a landlord review this case pro bono. I felt sorry for the tenant's sob story in the beginning and it took me a while to figure out she's a wolf in sheep clothing. And in the end I'll be screwed.

You made the deal, good or bad, now you're being forced to stick with it. You had your chance in court, you lost, it's over. Pick yourself up, move on.
