Stainless steel appliances
Hey good afternoon BP. I have bought a 3/2 through the VA and will be renting after the 1 year owner occupy. But what I wanted to know is if I upgraded my appliances in the kitchen can that raise rent? i.e. 50$ 100$ Current appliances are older and white. I was thinking stainless steel ( fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave) Thanks in advance.

That depends on what market rent is in your area and also if stainless appliances will command the extra rent. You need to see how much the competition is charging and what they offer for the rent being charged but it's a market specific question.
