Here in Georgia, an attorney or someone they hire holds the 'auction' between certain hours on the first Tuesday of the month literally on the courthouse steps.

My primary ask or goal first step is:Wholesale as we have literally no money start a nor pay for some guru to take our little cash we have.

Eli i had the same question, i am also trying to close my first deal this week, its a baby one but i think i can get some money for a lady who literally said she would walk away from the property for 0$ if she had to, so excited!
