Buyers and sellers agreements

So my partner and I are doing wholesaling. We're getting our buyers list up and driving for dollars. The issue we have are the contracts. There isn't a real estate attorney around that'll work with us, though we have a title agency that will. So the question is is there specific language that everyone uses for their contracts? Can the title agency lawyers look at our contracts that we've found and we edit them? This is literally the last thing we need to do before we start our journey. Any input will be helpful. Thank you.
