Hello Everyone,My name is Curtis,I have to say i really enjoy BiggerPockets and these forums are great.I have also started reading Millionaire Real Estate by Keller.

(Can't say we don't enjoy our many freedoms here in MO though!)

I found BP about 19 months ago and I still am just learning while I recover from a heavy medical experience.in fact, the reason I found BP was because I was on-leave from work and knowing I would have to do something that was more flexible and was made up of something I would enjoy doing.

My aspirations in real estate is to promote a comfortable steady income where I'll be able to replace my "JOB" in having more time to enjoy and do more things with my family more consistently.

@Taylor Brooks, I very much enjoyed reading (listening to the audio book) The Real Estate Wholesaling Bible, by Than Merrill.

I make a great 6 figure salary but have come to realize that trying to budget and pinch pennies isn't going to let me spend more time with my kids during any of their formative years and maybe not even until they are adults and I'm too old to really enjoy that time anyway.

They may enjoy telling you about it.Ask if they want to sell, and tell them that you offer to help them find a buyer.
