Looking for advice about Investors
Hello Everyone,
My name is Curtis,
I have to say i really enjoy BiggerPockets and these forums are great.
I have also started reading Millionaire Real Estate by Keller. Very good book.
Here is what I know. I want to invest in a property (i like to live in and rent the other units or rooms out) but, have no money saved for entry (down payment and ***. cost).
I could move home save 6-8 grand in a year. Attempt to buy in years time.
But, there are many factors. The market is so strong in Phoenix that in a year the price increase may mean I buying less home. And 6 grand may not be enough.
So, My other option is to find clever financing. Hard lending or lease to own sound like cool options but, I don't know how to go about looking for them.
And ideas were to start?
