I agree with @Aaron K. that a zipcode analysis can be counterproductive and a lot of work for little benefit.More than anything, I find I create filters.

Take a moment, breathe, and analyze what those benefits are that your employer is providing.

You will be able to find a lot of lenders offering similar and different rates so it's important to filter what you see compared to what you want.
