Hello fellow BP members. This is my first question to the community although I had responded many times. In the short term rental kitchen should I put Teflon or stainless steel? At home I do not use Teflon pans due to the health risks .

My stainless pots & pans have been problematic to keep clean so the replacement ones have been Teflon.  (which was disappointing to me because the whole reason I got stainless was for ease of cleaning...)

I keep a variety of basic cooking implements, a simple spice rack, a colander, pots & pans, cookie sheet, pizza slicer.  I have a full kitchen in my 2/2 house that includes more items; I have a little less in my studio cabin.  Go peruse the kitchen section at your favorite store and pick out the things that seem essential.
