Good Morning,

As I think about strategy this morning, 1 thing that came to mind is what are the different ways people use to evaluate a market down to zip code?

I am new to real estate investing with a interest in buy and hold opportunities for my 1st investment. I look at the school system, analyze the market using BPInsights etc but I would love to here what has worked for other people especially in the Atlanta market.

@Dominique Ross when I was researching my market I paid for a month subscription of neighborhood scout and spent about 20 hours inputting all of the micro neighborhoods into a spreadsheet and recording their metrics. It has helped a ton in deciding where to buy.
