I really enjoy hiking and camping, nature photography, cycling and computer gaming.

Are there any other books on mobile home investing that you've read and enjoy? 

My team and I have been doing it for close to a decade now and I thoroughly enjoy it. 

I have great support with my SDIRA company as well as my 401(k) company and so enjoying the ability to consult and work with each team - can never get enough help!

If you love what you do, treat your clients right, and enjoy life more people will find that appealing than (just being about the money).That is one of the hardest things for some new agents is to not wreak of (desperation) for a deal and cash for survival.

I thoroughly enjoyed the work but wanted more money so i went to work in the union in NYC.

That being said, I enjoy going to local meetup groups to discuss REI topics with fellow investors. 

I really enjoy reading about others experiences in the marketplace.
