Good day to all!  I would like to connect with Knoxville members who invest in Notes to share experiences.  I have recently formed a Solo 401(k) plan and have invested in the PPR note fund with my SDIRA.  Am working with a Broker at present and hope to close on my first performing note in the next month.  Would be great to meet others in Knoxville who are Note Investors and look forward to hearing from you.
