My name is Jack Johnson and I am currently living in the Jacksonville, FL area. I am in the military but trying to broaden my investment portfolio to include real estate. In the process right now of getting my first investment property, a for sale by owner house near my neighborhood. Unknown waters with for sale by owner but I am learning a lot through the process. I am on bigger pockets to be inspired by stories, but more importantly to learn everything I can. I really enjoy reading about others experiences in the marketplace.
