FYI to all in thread, BofA issued us deposit only cards that the tenants can use to deposit at any BofA ATM and you have a exact time of deposit record, they can deposit cash, check or money order and they can even issue multiple cards that enable you to provide them to all tenants, and track what card belongs to what unit, in a multi(recently did this for a 9 unit that was a lot of cash and money order payments from in place tenants)
