Hello Real Estate Investors!

Stephen Vail

Hello!

My name is Steve and I've started a local SEPA (Sothe Eastern Pennsylvania) LLC with my brothers. We've only just started out so we're in our savings and research phase. I came across BiggerPockets in my research and figured this could be an invaluable community for us to join.

As I mentioned, we are currently focused in South Eastern PA. The Philly suburbs are where we're located and where we can have resources on the ground. We are looking for row homes, multi-unit homes, townhomes etc that will fit within our budget and will enable us to purchase similar units in the future in an effort to streamline operations.

If anyone has suggestions as to a specific location in and around the Philly suburbs, or online tools that may be worth researching for these purposes, I would greatly appreciate it.

Steve
