Can someone please recommend me a good insurance company that covers lost rental income preferably in Florida.I would really like to know how you guys survived the Pandemic since there were Lockdowns and many people lost their Jobs and thus could not pay rent.I know many well established companies that did not survive it.There are speculations that we could go back to those dark days, and it could lead to loss of rental income.

Now if its propane , the install will be cheaper , but propane is expensive and the companies can be hard to deal with

If they don't respond then you should reach out to a title company and inquire if they can issue title insurance (which you should do anyway).

I don't know-but like I said something felt off here, if the intent here was to pass it off to his buyers..Plus,Im unsure that hell even market it properly on the company social media platform unless he has no choice.. if hell first privately contact all his buyers first...There weren't any agents around to chat with-the few that there are work remotely.
