The Daily, the NY Times Podcast - discusses the recent NAR bombshell decision that rocked the real estate world.

BTW - Did you know that the NAR owns the company that makes the lock boxes that agents use every day? Did you also know that they also own Docusign, the company that almost every real estate agent and broker uses when completing online transactions? The NAR is simply a monopoly whose time has come. It is now being predicted, that within 5 years, NAR could lose almost 65% of their members due to this ruling.
