We take less stock in someone who is back and forth paying student loans or medical bills... but when you start seeing constant problems with credit cards, cell phone companies, car loans, etc. those are much more concerning risk factors.

I'm on my cell phone so it's hard to look up the info from here.As far as multifamily stuff in the metro area. 2 to 4 unit properties exist in only the tiniest numbers throughout the metro area.
