How to invest in real estate with NO cash or credit?

I’m looking to get started in the real estate industry, and I was wondering what are my options if I have no cash or credit, and how to get business credit as well?

I would say don't. I would build your credit and do side hustles to earn extra $$. While you do that learn, intern and figure out the industry. Then either find deals or partner and gain equity in deals as you bring them. People do get into wholesaling or become agents but those aren't quick money makers and those take time and money to do.
