I have gotten several good nibbles by posting on Craigslist but I am about to post bandit signs for a buyer/flipper.So things are going better than I had hoped, but I am looking forward to selling these and moving on to the next campaign.Advice to new investors: be prepared for the stress of learning almost everything in real time.
