Hello all.

I am fairly new to real estate investing. I began in 2011 acquiring foreclosures and turning them into rental properties. I enjoy it as it provides me with a lot of flexibility with my time, although it does come with its landlord headaches. I manage all of them and feel ive been very lucky to only have one eviction. Ive learned that as long as you show respect to the tenant, you will get it back about 85% of the time, which isnt bad in my book.

I look forward to using the website.

Also,
Does anyone know how to edit a thumbnail picture. Mine is just showing my torso??
