Squatters = drugs = problem.Georgia legislators are stepping up with HB 1017, the Georgia Squatter Reform Act, aiming to clarify in Georgia law that squatting constitutes criminal trespassing, thus shifting it from a civil court matter to a police issue.

I'm thinking of starting with conventional loans to secure 20% down payments and then eventually shifting to hard money lending. 

All remaining as is, I see the shift in build designs pressing on multi-generational housing much like home offices became all but standard design now.

Maybe the population within the state itself will shift, who knows...?

How far things will shift remains to be seen.

Redfin agent arrived on time, nice clean car, dressed professionally, and I was immediately impressed with her understanding of the shifting market, the recent sales nearby, and she made a few suggestions to enhance the curb appeal and interior, which I completely agreed when she pointed them out.

We are starting to see a shift in the market in Arizona, due to higher interest rates I believe, and we are going into the winter months where there are usually less sales.

Well- as you get closer to your retirement you can shift some of your assets into less risk/ less growth funds... say enough for 4-5 years, so if there is a correction it doesn't even phase you.
