Tries to do the right thing and contacts the bank for the loss payee clause, bank doesn't recognize the borrower and won't provide loss payee so new owner just gets insurance without loss payee.

Caveat:  I recognize that this is an ongoing dialogue, and nobody knows for sure what the city will do.I'm looking to purchase a condo in the Nashville area, to use as short term rental, recognizing that it's almost impossible to get the numbers to work on a condo if I rent the "regular way".

you should not be in violation if you are genuinely providing the pest service , but read your hoa rules to make sure you are doing every thing correct there for the rental, and what happens if hoa fee goes up?
