Are they worth it… every year people waste money on car insurance, home insurance, and medical insurance….

All that was said was that one of their operators purchased a recently distressed asset from them and that one other said that they were hit with what they thought with quite large capital calls. 

A lot of people do this professionally, but make sure you vet the operator if you're considering it.

The people from the city will make a reservation on Airbnb to catch you and find you $1000 per day based on the amount of time it’s been on Airbnb. 

This is exactly what I do, but I know lots of people use two listings for the same property but I'm also hearing that Airbnb AI bots are cancelling listings for duplicates!
