Meeting and "picking the brains" of fellow local "real estate contacts" can be very rewarding and may turn out to be very profitable!

In my eyes they are expensive, old, outdated, not energy efficient and have numerous other issues. 

I've had this happen numerous times.

People who work hard to get where they are should get rewarded.  

There is a big learning curve to investing in real estate, but it can be rewarding.
