Would you be able to point me in the direction of where I can get more information on this type of a DSCR loan? 

I'm told the issue is that it's hard to not step into "practicing" real estate when you're trying to share information about the property that you have under contract.

They pay monthly interest but it is hard to find much information about them and the actual fund manager. 

I'll hope to be able to share a lot of information this weekend after the meeting.  

Now we know 'how' to do nearly everything in a reno ourselves, so we know not to do this extent ever again if possible, and will be informed investors going forward.
