Wholesaling in Ohio

Is it still legal to wholesale properties in Ohio or have the laws changed requiring a real estate license in all transactions such as in the state of Illinois?

Here is a good video The Ohio Division of Real Estate made about wholesaling in Ohio https://www.com.ohio.gov/real/

I recommend you just get your real estate sales license.
