Transactional Funding is essentially a 24-hour loan for 1-1/2 to 2 points, and you'll see a lot of deals - where they are and their spreads.Those activities may give you an education in this business faster and more broadly than wholesaling, and one of the areas that seems to have a lot of demand from investors.
