If they don't have "controller" title, doesn't automatically rule them out.

However I don’t have a main office And just use title company conference rooms if I need to meet in an office as do my agents.

Congrats @Nico C.Sounds like a good deal.You don't necessarily need commercial financing with 3 duplexes - which I am assuming are 3 separate titles.

@Matt Farrow when you find a property you will want to talk to a lawyer about title. 

If you want to tie all the properties together for some reason, then I think you would want to do a unity of title?
