Re-zoning a group of 4-plexes
Is it possible to re-zone 4 consecutive 4-plexes into one 16 unit complex??

@Aaron Arnold You usually re-zone when you want to build something other than what it is currently zoned for. These are already built, so I don’t know what you are trying to achieve? If you want to tie all the properties together for some reason, then I think you would want to do a unity of title?
