I am a flipper from SW Florida (Cape Coral) currently i have my flip for sale and a little free time on my hands since i fund my projects cash with no lending.Working with the same people I was thinking about throwing a few google ads out and offering painting services and potentially some others.I can't seem to find a definite answer about my question.

Sunriver is very picky about colors and styles, they want "natural" and it needs to fit in with existing homes, etc. which all have some variation of siding, windows have to be beige or gray, etc.

I would rather not have 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of paint to go over dark purple and greens, I had a painter mention there is a paint out that truly does cover in one coat with these dark colors.

pre-owned corian which has a seam at the sink we were never able to blend-experiment but now that floor and decor has granite slabs so cheap I won't buy used corian (color was not the best off white I discovered after purchase too :-( ) Bath 30" vanity got pulled out to add a pony wall?

I have seen some pretty crappy workmanship from other rehabbers, poor design, poor color choices, not fixing bad layouts, etc and they just don't get the same pricing they could have from doing it better.
