No managing your own 2 properties is not property management experience.

Will it be profitable to switch from the private sewer to the public and how beneficial will it be economically if you're not flipping to hold but to sell?

I obviously don’t experience winter with most of my rentals.

Make sure to reach out to one with Real Estate experience.

Though, if the home needs a lot of work and you don't have the rehabbing experience - it may cost a lot of time and money. 

These are situations where an individual investors knowledge, experience and expertise provide a unique advantage over the universe of other investors competing for “great” deals.  

It sounds like from Shawn's experience that something like that doesn't happen currently, so I'd be trailblazing, if I could get it to work.

Has anyone had experience for assessed property value appeal and/or has general advice on lowering property tax you could share? 

I am sure someone else on here with more experience in this area will chime in on that.
