Private Sewer over Town Sewer
I have this property I'm flipping now and has a private sewer. At the time of construction the town sewer hadn't been extended to the neighborhood the property is found but now has one right in front of it. Will it be profitable to switch from the private sewer to the public and how beneficial will it be economically if you're not flipping to hold but to sell?
