the property is extremely big and it is very low price.... the parking lot is large as well if i am willing to allow the neighbor to park there do u see any other reason why i shouldnt buy this property5. ok so the house went to escrow last time for 210 , its listing was 190 and they said no and it went up to 210 and it went to escrow but did not close becuase of neighbor issue. i was thinking of offering 170 with 4k EMD (i read somewhere it should be less than 2%) ... does this sound good?

Yeah U agree with George if they passed in say the first year I think you'd have some VERY angry heirs to contend with.
