quit claim deed

HI guys,

I need some advice here. I have a property manager who convinced me to do a quit claim deed to him so that the city will erase the debt on that property(electricity). That did not work. Now the deed is under his name and he also registered the title to the city. I asked him to do a quit claim back to me since it didn't work. He's stalling and does not answer my phone calls anymore. Is there anyway i can get the deed back? There's no contract or paperwork involved. Yes, I made a big mistake.
this is unethical for him to do that. Its in the city of Detroit. Any info would help.

Thanks

LMAO!

Ryan, after making out a QCD in an attempt to defraud the city out of a utility lien, you wonder if it's ethical for the PM to do this to you? Really?

I imagine this thread is already posted on a wall somewhere in Detroit's city hall.

I haven't laughed this hard in a long time. Thanks for sharing, Ryan.
