I just entered my Tenants as a customer instead.But most people can't remember where their tenants live, or have too many properties to remember, so having your property as a customer is basically used as a visual..Whenever I do a repair on a building (if it's one of my apartment buildings) I would only select the Building from the Class Column, whereas some people will use the building in the Customer Center to log their expenses, but when you run a Profit and Loss Report that expense on that property won't show up on the Profit and Loss Report because the customer center generates income, whereas the class feature generates expenses.I don't want your eyes to go glassy on me.

Hey Thomas, From a visual point of view:After reviewing your Trulia listing, I would recommend taking down photos that seem a bit random, like picture of the drawers and closets (7,10,&11).

This is a positive reinforcement trick and helps to visualize your achievement, which has proven to improve performance.

Anything that has to do with visual condition should be turned down.

Plus, the salespeople are far more knowledgeable about these products than anyone at Lowes or HD.In fact, I have been turned onto Mannington Adura LVP/LVT which has some awesome visuals.

Zero cost.There are a lot of appliance repair guys who have free videos online showing you visually step-by-step how to fix things if you put your "model and what's wrong" into the youtube seach engine too.In Florida, I often see washer/dryer sets for $150 that are fine for most rentals

It seems like I could do a visual inspection on my own without paying for one.

I personally am a visual learner so watching videos is my number one go to! 

It can be very difficult to visualize sometimes and believe you can especially from most of society grooming you that you “can’t” or “come back to reality” or “let’s get back to work” for years and years…The power of the mind is a paramount tool to our individual success and everyone is likely always thinking too small for what we are ACTUALLY capable of…A very large impact way to really be able to open your mind and grow at a much more accelerated rate is to be around the folks that are always doing these things, and have already achieved what you want to achieve.

My plan for resolving this is to have it snaked, then scoped to provide visual verification that there is no damage.
