Has anyone used VAs (virtual assistants) for help with managing properties and tenants?

The one hang up on sliders is if you're using them for a washer/dryer closet, in which case the sliders are a real PITA to get the laundry from one machine to the other. 

We have 4 virtual assistants and we will keep hiring more so we want a "simple" and easy solution.We tried OwnerRez, but it was just too difficult for us to use and pick up fast.We tried Hospitable, which was easy to use and the VA's had positive feedback.

Has anyone on here had experience utilizing a virtual assistant to help with property management?

Rent to purchase price ratios of MLS SFR in my market is virtually always below a 0.5% ratio.  

I was wondering if I should get a virtual assistant to assist me with cold calls social media video editing for youtube.Have any of you tried any virtual assistants.

Does anyone have experience with card operated machines?

The contract was supposed to expire back on April 30, 2024, but they still haven't removed their machines despite the fact that I sent the termination notice a year ago by certified mail, which they also acknowledged receipt of in an email. 

But the issue is that virtually all markets present negative cash flow after the refi associated with the BRRRRR.

It's very difficult to get any good inspection done without virtually all of the furniture, wall hangings, stuff in closets and the like gone.
