I purchased a property in Fountain Square in Indianapolis that was built in 1999 on a huge double lot, which is a very rare find in this neighborhood, and raised the capital for the rehab through syndication.

I have looked into ways to quiet the noise, water fountain, speakers on deck, possibly enclosing the deck with windows (though its not very attractive).

@Jeb Brilliant  Very hard to get $900 a unit in Indianapolis, unless you are buying in the most trendiest of areas like Fountain Sq, Broadripple, and Downtown, and if thats the case you most likely would have to be looking for a dilapidated SFH and convert it to a multi-unit.
