I've been geteting calls from California investors and from places like Colorado and things like that in regards to wholesale properties I've been marketing and it's amazing. Why is Indianapolis one of the top markets to invest in right now?

My properties are in California, however i have been watching Indianapolis, and ohio. I am trying to find which market i believe will have a greater return.
